About Tom
For over 25 years, Tom’s practice has focused on litigating claims against healthcare providers, hospitals and nursing homes. For most of his career, he worked with a firm that specialized in defending medical care providers and entities in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases. Tom now brings his extensive experience to representing individuals who have suffered injuries from medical malpractice or are the victims of nursing home negligence. He has considerable litigation experience in both Federal and State courts, including trying jury cases, conducting arbitrations and mediations, and handling appellate matters. In addition, Tom has conducted numerous seminars related to negligence in healthcare. He is also a contributor to the publication Medical Malpractice Law and Strategy. Tom has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in New Jersey. Tom is a graduate of Fordham University and Seton Hall School of Law, magna cum laude.
