Obtain consent:
Kreizer Law will not send SMS (Text) messages to consumers without their express written consent. Companies must obtain explicit written permission from consumers before calling or sending any messages.
Provide Disclosure:
Kreizer Law provides a comprehensive opt-in message to clients after obtaining written consent.
Terms and Conditions:
Kreizer Law will make available a copy of this Terms and Conditions document to any clients who provide written consent to receive SMS (Text Messages).
Business Hours:
Kreizer Law will not send SMS (Text) messages to consumers outside of Kreizer Law business hours.
Firm Identification:
Kreizer Law will include our business name in all messages.
Opt Out:
Kreizer Law provides consumers an opt-out option by typing STOP in answer to receipt of any SMS (Text Messages) at any time.
Do Not Call Registry:
Kreizer Law will respect the National Do Not Call Registry and honor opt-outs.
Other Conditions:
Kreizer Law restricts the making of telemarketing calls and the use of automatic telephone dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages for this purpose.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
